CP Chemical Ethylene Storage and Dehydration

Audubon Engineering Solututions’ scope of work included a new ISBL ethylene treater unit (400,000 lbs / hr. rating) which required a new major pipe rack, new well and product metering runs, elevated equipment structure, two trains of dehydrator towers, sof-no-lime reactors, regeneration compressors and air-cooler, high pressure pipeline pump and after-cooler, stand-by generator, hot oil package system, flare heat sink skid, motor control center and field control room, electrical, instrumentation and automation.  Audubon Engineering Solutions also acted as the procurement agent to CP Chem for all ISBL and OSBL equipment and sub-vendors required for the project.
